Custom Scenario Creation

A focused 4-hour session will be conducted with leadership teams to discuss the environment, exercise participation, and expected outcome. This will be used to create a tabletop scenario presentation that will be used.

Operational Tabletop

Onsite tabletop (preferably at an OT location) to walk through an OT scenario with a focus on the process that people would follow and the first steps of containment and stabilization. One day is allocated onsite for the tabletop (2 -4 hours) and 4 hours for recap and advisory services.

Report Generation

An executive level report will be provided with mutually agreed upon recommendations for improvement.
